2. General

2.1 Amazon Parts Ltd. reserve the right to not consider any person(s) who attempts to claim against any part of what is written in the terms and conditions and they will be treated with the lowest priority as a result in this case.

2.2 By using this website you acknowledge that Amazon Parts Ltd. own or is licensed to use all copyright, database rights, trade marks and other intellectual rights in and to all parts of the website

2.3 Amazon Parts Ltd. reserve the right to all of our original graphic imagery, including non-product images, logos, the structure and layout of the site and the red (Adobe Photoshop colour I.D: ee2d36) and the blue (Adobe Photoshop colour I.D: 443996) when used together as per the company logo.

3.1 Shipping and Delivery is subject to entering a contract with Amazon Parts Ltd. by making a purchase or an order from the website or over the phone, fax or e-mail.

3.2 Delivery is free when the value of 1 complete order to Amazon Parts Ltd. is equal to or greater than £50.00 (Fifty English Pounds Sterling) before tax.

3.3 Any 1 order received by Amazon Parts Ltd. that is equal to or less than £49.99 (Forty Nine English Pounds Sterling and Ninety Nine Pence) shall be subject to a compulsory £7.50 (Seven English Pounds Sterling and Fifty Pence) delivery charge added to the total of the order and payable upon placement of the order.

3.4 The carriage charges to Amazon Parts Ltd. often fluctuate and so we reserve the right to change the carriage charge at any time.

3.5 Next day delivery applies only to orders that are received by Amazon Parts Ltd. before 12:00pm (GMT, London) and is subject to availability of the goods/products.

3.6 Next day delivery is subject to manpower against the number/scale of the orders for that day; as per clause 3.5 orders received before 12:00pm will be treated with the highest priority on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis, however if numerous orders are all received before 12:00pm, this may exceed the capabilities of the staff; in the event of this then next day delivery will not be possible but we will still treat these outstanding orders with the highest priority.

3.7 For any orders received by Amazon Parts Ltd. after 12:00 (GMT, London) we will always attempt to dispatch your order as quickly and as efficiently as possible on a ‘first-come-first-served’, however priority will be given to next day delivery customers and any remaining orders for that day will be logged and carried over for delivery the next day, and so on.

3.8 Any orders that are received by Amazon Parts Ltd. before 12:00pm on a Friday can be expected to be delivered the following Monday, unless in the event of clause 3.6 and always subject to availability.

3.9 Amazon Parts Ltd. does not accept liability for any damages or losses caused by the courier or indeed during delivery, nor are we obliged to refund any monies or give credit in this instance.

3.10 Any orders that are received by Amazon Parts Ltd. from overseas/in a different currency will be subject to an exchange rate. Amazon Parts Ltd. does not set this rate nor do we take any percentage of this rate.  Amazon Parts Ltd. are completely impartial to any variation of exchange rate.

4. Availability

4.1 Amazon Parts Ltd. do not accept liability for items not being in stock. Stock management is an ongoing process and although every measure is taken to ensure that actual stocking levels comply with online stocking levels, Amazon Parts Ltd. cannot guarantee that this is always the case.

4.2 In the event of clause 4.1, Amazon Parts will despatch full orders with the omission of those products/goods that are not in stock at the time, without prior notice.

4.3 Any items that have been omitted from an order due to unavailability of stock will be sent separately as and when these items are delivered to us by our supplier(s)

4.4 In the event of clauses 4.2 and 4.3, Amazon Parts Ltd. will contact the customer via e-mail explaining what items are missing from the order and how long it will take to receive them.  We will always endeavour to send this e-mail within 48 hours.

4.5 Amazon Parts Ltd. do not accept responsibility for any change of plan/time scale on our supplier’s part and we reserve the right to change any time scale given in the event of clause 4.4

4.6 Amazon Parts Ltd. do not stock some items/products on the website. These items are stocked by our supplier and delivered directly to the customer from there. Amazon Parts Ltd. accept no liability for any mistakes, losses and/or damage to the products/goods and/or their packaging (see clause 3.9)

5. Payment & Pricing

5.1 All prices on the website are quoted in English Pounds Sterling (£GBP) and are exclusive of VAT at the standard UK rate and are also exclusive of any other import duties, taxes, imports and/or levies payable in relation to the goods including state and federal taxes.

5.2 All prices are subject to taxes and in some cases carriage charges as aforementioned; credit card payment methods are as follows: American Express/Visa/MasterCard/Discover/JCB/Switch/Maestro/Solo.  Other payment methods consist of Paypal and Paypal Express.

5.3 No other payment methods are as yet permitted on this site, however Amazon Parts Ltd. reserves the right to change/add/remove these/new payment methods without prior notice.

5.4 Every measure will be taken to ensure that every order comes through to ourselves as smoothly and as easily as possible, however Amazon Parts Ltd. cannot be held responsible if payment methods are altered or removed during the checkout process or thereafter.

5.5 Tier Pricing

5.5.1 If you usually buy products from us at a certain price that is below that displayed on the website, then you must first register to the site.

5.5.2 Once you have registered, you must allow 24 hours for us to assign you to a certain tier price. After this has been done you will receive an e-mail informing you that your account is ready to start buying at a discounted price and these prices will be final.

5.5.3 You will qualify for tiered pricing if you are/represent one of the following types of organisations: an independent/multi-branch auto service garage, MOT service station, tyre bay, independent/multi-branch motor factors and/or a member of Garage Club
